Right in the center of Washington State, along the Columbia River, is a rural town called George, Washington. This little town is home of one of America’s premier outdoor concert venues, The Gorge Amphitheatre. The Gorge is a 20,000 plus seat concert venue and offers sweeping and majestic views of the river as well as the Columbia Gorge canyon.
Adjacent to the Amphitheatre, is a gorgeous winery and inn, called Cave B. This estate features an award winning winery, guestrooms, cliffehouses, a spa, and a cliffside outdoor swimming pool.
For the past two years, my hubby and some close friends of ours have made the trip to this place to attend one of the most spectacular music events known as the Watershed Festival. Watershed is held the first weekend in August and is a jam packed, three day country music event that has featured some of the TOP country music stars, such as Brad Paisley, Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton, Dwight Yoakam, and Luke Bryan (last years favorite).
This year we plan on making the trip once again….and we are all so excited to say the least (we’ve had our room reserved since last December). I can hardly wait until August! 🙂

Note: I’ve been working on this blog post for over a month…but tomorrow they announce the artist line-up so I figured it was only fitting that I publish this post today. 🙂
