Feature Friday – Ruffled Red, White & Blue Crepe Paper Trim

This wonderful garland has been made with festive red, white and blue striped crepe paper and sewn into a sweet frilly ruffles!

This paper garland is approximately 1 3/4″ wide and is one yard in length. Trim has been wrapped around a white shipping tag and comes embellished with a mini bundle of vintage paper goodies!

Ruffled crepe paper can be the perfect addition for gift wrap, holiday projects, for scrapbooking or for embellishing gift or treat bags!

This trim is perfect for making paper rosettes or other paper crafts. Enhance this trim with decorative scissors or ink for even greater impact!
